About the program
Almost every city transport has a GLONASS monitoring system and transport location data is available to all St. Petersburg residents in real time.

1. The Spb Transport Online application receives data from the state public transport portal of St. Petersburg and works ONLY in St. Petersburg.
2. The portal has been operating only in test mode for several years. Not all routes and individual vehicles are equipped with GLONASS equipment. There are also interruptions in operation and various delays when displaying the location. And nothing depends on us, as application developers.
3. Minibuses are commercial vehicles and are not displayed on the state portal. Therefore, it is not possible to add minibuses to the application.
4. The only purpose of this application is to display data from the portal on the smartphone screen. Absolutely all actions and calculations (location of transport, construction of routes, output of arrival time) are calculated by the portal. If the data you request is not on the portal (to which we have no relation), it will also be impossible to see it in the application.
5. Due to the only possible technology for obtaining data from the portal (in the form of screenshots based on the size of the visible area of the map), on devices with a high screen resolution, transport icons will be displayed quite small. Unfortunately, we can't do anything about it.
6. Since we have no relation to the portal, your reviews are not transmitted anywhere and are not read by the portal’s employees. Do you want to improve something in the work of the government? portal? Write directly to the portal employees.

Operating procedure
At the first start, GPS and auto-updating of vehicles on the map are OFF. To enable it, go to the application settings and check the appropriate boxes.
After the program starts, GPS coordinates are determined and the map is positioned in the place where you are. If you are not in St. Petersburg, then the location mode will not be useful to you - just do not turn it on, and if you accidentally turned it on, you can turn it off on the settings page.
The data on the map is updated each time you move the map, or when you click the “Refresh” button.
On the settings page, you can also select automatic updating - in this case, the data will be updated every 10 seconds.
If you have problems with the application working correctly:
1. The author of the application has no relation to the state public transport portal of St. Petersburg and is not responsible for the quality of the portal’s work.
2. If you don’t see transport in the application, then go to the portal website - is it there? If the transport is not visible there, then something has stopped working for them. Most likely this is temporary, try again later.
3. If there is transport on the portal, but it is not visible in the program, check your Internet connection.
4. Check whether the settings for receiving the location of modes of transport are enabled.
